What we get asked most

Do my customers have to install an app?
No, never. They hold up their phone and the page opens in their browser, like any ordinary link.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, with nothing to install, from the iPhone XR and iOS 13 onwards. On Android, NFC simply needs to be switched on, and it is by default on most models.
What if the phone has no NFC?
The QR code printed on the back of the card opens exactly the same page. No customer is left out.
I am changing my number. Do I have to buy new cards?
No, and that is the whole point. The card points to your page, not to your number. You change the number in your dashboard, and the cards already handed out show the new one.
How long before I am online?
We prepare your page with your details, you receive a link by email, you choose your password and the page is yours. Allow one day.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required: your page is online and your card works, exactly as with a subscription. When the trial ends nothing is charged: your page simply waits offline until you pick a plan, and nothing is lost.
Why a subscription on top of the card?
The card is an object, you buy it once. The page is a running service: hosting, backups, statistics, fixes and new features. That is what the subscription covers, and it is also what lets you change your details without ever buying a new card.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
Your page goes offline at the end of the period already paid for, and your cards stop opening anything. They are not lost for all that: they remain reusable if you come back later, since they point to an address and not to content. You can also delete your account and all your data from your settings.
Can I send only happy customers to Google?
That is not the default behaviour, and we advise against it: filtering reviews breaks Google Business rules and can lead to all your reviews being removed, or a penalty on your listing. Compliant mode always leaves a disappointed customer the option to publish, and gets comparable results.
What happens to what my customers write?
A private message is never published. Only you can see it, in your dashboard, and you can delete it. We do not resell it and do not use it for anything else.
Can I manage several locations?
Yes. One profile per location or per team member, all in the same account, each with its own cards and statistics.
