Free Google review sign and table card template, with your QR code
Paste your Google Business Profile's review link: the generator lays out an A4 poster or four A6 table cards with your QR code, a headline and your business name, ready to print as a PDF. Free, no sign-up, and nothing is sent to our servers: it all happens in your browser.
Nothing is sent or stored: the link, the name and the sign are processed in your browser.
What a Google review sign needs
A good sign is understood in two seconds, from a distance, by someone who wasn't thinking about it:
- A short headline saying what you're asking: to leave a review.
- The QR code, big enough, with its white margin.
- An instruction: scan with the camera, no app needed.
- Your name, so customers know they're reviewing the right business.
Stars say at a glance that this is about a review. The generator lays out these elements for you, in that order.
A4 poster or A6 table card: which one?
- The A4 poster is seen from afar: inside a shop window, in a waiting room, on the wall by the till. The QR code there is about ten centimetres wide.
- The A6 table card goes where customers sit or wait: restaurant tables, counters, reception desks. Slipped into an acrylic holder, it's read within arm's reach.
All four table cards fit on a single A4 sheet: print, then cut along the dotted lines.
Printing the sign properly
- Print at actual size (100%), without « fit to page »: the white margin around the QR code matters for reading it.
- Prefer matte paper of at least 120 g/m²: glossy paper reflects the lighting.
- On a table, protect the card: a matte laminated sleeve or an acrylic holder.
- Scan the printed QR code with an iPhone and an Android, from where the customer sits.
The PDF is drawn at 300 dpi, the resolution print shops expect: you can also hand it to one.
What not to write on the sign
A sign is a request for reviews, and Google's rules govern how you ask:
- No incentive: « a free coffee for a review » is forbidden, even if the review stays free.
- No required rating: ask for a review, not « 5 stars », which amounts to soliciting only positive reviews.
- No filtering: the sign speaks to every customer, not only the happy ones.
The details of these rules, and what you risk by getting around them, are in our guide to getting more Google reviews.
Canva, or a ready-to-print sign?
Canva offers many Google review sign templates: that's the right path if you want your logo, your colours and your photos. You'll need your profile's QR code: our Google review link and QR code generator gives it as PNG and SVG, ready to drop into your template.
The generator on this page does the opposite: nothing to lay out, a clean, readable sign, ready in a minute.
A sign first, then a card that counts scans
A sign goes straight to Google: it doesn't tell you how many customers scanned it, and offers an unhappy customer nothing but the public rating.
The Abracarda Google review card opens a page you manage: the rating first, Google's form for satisfied customers, a private message offered to unhappy ones without ever taking away their option to post, and scans counted item by item. As an NFC card, a stand or a sticker.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is the sign really free?
Yes: no sign-up, no limit and no watermark. A discreet « Free template: abracarda.com » line sits at the bottom of the sign, and one checkbox removes it.
Can I add my logo to the sign?
Not in this generator, which keeps a clean layout. For a sign in your colours, download your QR code from the Google review link generator and place it in Canva or with your printer.
Is the PDF print quality?
Yes: the page is drawn at 300 dpi in A4, QR code included, with no compression that would damage it.
Will the sign stop working one day?
No, as long as your profile's link stays valid: the QR code contains Google's link directly, without going through our servers.
Can I offer a discount to customers who leave a review?
No: Google's rules forbid any incentive for a review, even if the review stays free. A sign promising one puts your whole profile at risk.
